business credit card

Got a business open for a year, business account in Kasikorn bank. Account in good condition, aroud 500,000 there.

I asked my Thai partner to get us a credit card for this account, he got back saying that we were declined, must be open for at least 3 years and/or need revenue of 10 million per year.

Doesn't make sense to me that a business can't have a credit card, am I wrong to think that? Should we ask for something special? Different bank?
