If you're in BKK any of the IT malls (Pantip, Fortune, Zeer) will be able to supply what you need. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
July 18, 200620 yr Chargers for portable devices (cameras, camcorders, notebooks, ipods, etc) will usually have universal voltage. For anything else, you might as well just buy a new charger... they're pretty cheap at electronics shops. The physical plugs are basically compatible with US plugs, but in many places you won't find a wall socket with a ground. A simple adapter or power strip will fix that.
