I guess not being entirely satisfied with their new M-A manual film camera release

Leica have decided to....well...turn up the heat once more. The new Leica S (type 007)

complete with 4k video and a weather sealed body....here we go again friends...

It will be released in Spring 2015 & will cost....get ready for it...$25,400...body only.

But you do get a huge sensor @ 37.5MP, Leica's Maestro II image processor and

4K video capability @ 60 FPS in 4:2:2 colour! Plus you get that visible from Mars red

Leica meatball too!

Let's all not run out and jam up the nearest Leica Store OK!

FR...you may have to wait for the Hello Kitty version because as of this

moment only third party conversions of older M-3's & M-6's are available

in the Hello Kitty configuration. That said Leica Camera AG has been weighing

the idea of doing factory conversions themselves; it's a Leica Marketing Division

idea I have been informed. Mind you I do see a benefit to owning a Leica

Hello Kitty camera....you would never have to be concerned with some bad

guy stealing it! I mean...it has to take huge brass gonads to walk around

taking pix with one of these around ones neck....see below...
