September 18, 201411 yr I use a notary. It costs 1,000 Baht per page. http://www.thailivinglaw.com/index.php?page=location-map Thappraya Road, going up the hill from Jomtien, it's halfway up on the right.
September 19, 201411 yr or you can use the Austrian Consul in Soi Yensabai or you can use the Immigration Police, but they only hand out documents in Thai language. Officially the UVW requests a document signed by a local SSO (Social Security Office) and for Pattaya that office is located in Laem Chabang, but as Fred stated.........a lawyer with notarial authority can do the trick.
