I see it too. In the header. It's a formatting error when software is unable to display a character. For some reason TV's software doesn't like the apostrophe after "THAILAND". I'm sure a mod will be along to fix it. Also to take it out of caps.

After skimming the link, it is unlikely they will allow this post to stay anyway.

Interesting article - as he points out, backpackers have short memories and they'll be back. If I took everything I read on Pattaya One seriously, I probably wouldn't be living a hundred or so metres from the nightlife precinct - I'm guessing the Farang on Koh Tao see this incident in much the same light. As for the mafia here, ignorance is bliss - whether it's five families or fifty I dont think it would change the madness on Walking Street at 2am.
