Air Asia - the website doesn't work in Vietnam

Featured Replies

Multiple issues, from the calendar to the missing icon to book a flight. Do you have the same issues?

I've deleted all the cookies and the browsers' history...

Very frustrating!

Is there an alternative for the SGN - DMK route?

Cheers!

Air Asia's websites always seem to have difficult to notice "check boxes" scattered throughout the booking and payment process; very frustrating and annoying.

AA web site is quite possibly the worst web site I have ever dealt with when trying to buy something.... It is clunky, it is slow, everything appears clumsy on the site, and at times if you don't keep a close eye on what you are doing, the default settings on some of the check boxes end up costing you. I won't use their site, but will sometimes book with an aggregator or Agent. For me, they are the last card in the deck when it comes to flying anywhere, but sometimes can't be avoided.

Does it need to be DMK or can you go to either?

TAA is the only airline that does that route afaik

There is also Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet air both to Suvarnabhumi

You might find Vietjet cheaper than AA.

Yes I agree, it is a misleading website, If your'e not carefull you might end up paying for travel insaurance, extra luggage, but having said that they are cheap, I use them for short internationanal flights such as vietnam, cambodia, prefer NOK for domestic.
