where in patts can you get a decent place long term, dont care if it dark side or not. for 3-4 month stay. maybe around 5000 - 7k per month. is there anywhere with pool ?

Have a look at Pattaya Klang soi 10. Family Home or Baan Kuboon Apartments for example. None of them have pool tho.

Key card entry and security 24/7 albeit about 60% of occupiers havent purchased the massively priced 200bt card.just stand and w8 for someone to let em in lol bc i won't.
