Can anyone please tell me when the children go back to school after the long break in the north east?

I know the naka festival ends in a few days, is it long after that?

Our school in Chok chai goes back in session on 3 November.

It depends on the school. Some schools will begin as early as October 20. The latest I know of is around November 3. It's probably a good idea to check with the individual school or schools that you are conned about.

Around the first of November depending on the school. There was some talk of realigning the school year to be the same as the rest of the ASEAN community in preparation for AEC 2015 but it seems that will not happen, most likely because the Thais could not organize the CF it would cause.

The universities realigned, but the high schools and lower schools haven't done it yet. My family goes back November 03.
