Passing frequently along Sukhumvit..Sattahip to Lotus, I noticed a few acres of land next to Wat Na Jomtien School being cleared.

Another much need unoccupied condo I thought.

But No....it is being turned into a sort of small park.

I tried to ask the workers what was it all about, and their lack of English could not explain.

However in view of their much appreciated endeavors I went and found an ice cream guy and persuaded him to come to the site.

I then saw a notice, not in English, so took a pic hoping someone can tell me what the area is and under whose auspices.

No-one read Thai ?
