My Vios's insurance is up for re-newal and I wondered if anyone could recommend an inurance company.

I'm looking for fully comp - but not too pricey. I would also like to pay in installments - if that is possible.

Last year I was 13,000 for a new Vios - is this normal - or was that expensive.

My better half has spent the day calling around some names that have been bandied around here. The best has been my current insurer - assest insurance - the quoted 14,900 including road tax - the highest was Viriyah Insurance, which was 19,000 baht - and I would have to get my own tax.

Many of them were offering roadside assistance and the like - to be honest I don't think those sort of things are too necessary - I don't travel around LOS too much - and I would hope that a year old car wouldn't have too many mechanical problems. One even paid for any hotel bills if we got stranded somewhere - I don't really think that is something I need.

How does that compare with anybody else?
