infinity11
I think this one ought not be trusted, just a way for the telecoms to nickel and dime you. I NOW hang up the second i hear it.
AhFarangJa
Are they calling you, or is it when you call for advice?
KhunBENQ
Guess it happens when you try to call a no.? No scam. Just an indicator that your desired no. is not available at the moment. OK to hang up. You will then probably get an SMS when the no. is available again (... is now available). lomatopo
I think this one ought not be trusted, just a way for the telecoms to nickel and dime you. I NOW hang up the second i hear it. I think the called party enables this feature, which allows them to get a missed call (maybe they were on the phone, the phone was out of service/no network, or was turned off). You, as the calling party, probably get dinged for 1 full minute (so maybe ~ 1.07 baht if prepaid) of originated calling time even if you hang up up immediately, as opposed to paying nothing if the called party had not enrolled in this service. And the called party might get dinged for an SMS? Net/net, blame the person you're calling rather than those evil telecomms, for "3 baht-ing" you.
