This thread is about a woman charged with misusing a dead man's credit card. She is not free on bail for - and is not charged with - murder. There are such people, but not in this thread. . Doesn't really matter i suppose as there's more than enough incompetence, questionable actions and corruption to go around. Often bail is paid to the cops.
