I asked a student to help with some problems on my laptop and he inadvertently deleted my Thai keyboard. Since this laptop was bought in the states the keytops are only in English. I've tried several places and can't seem to find a link to download the Ketmanee Thai keyboard. Can anyone direct me to the proper place? thanks

Which operating system?

Normally you can just select the Thai keyboard layout, no need to download something.

In Windows:-

Control Panel - Region and Langusge - Keyboards and Languages - Change Keyboards - General - Add -

Choose Langhuage from drop down menu then OK.
