Johpa
Jack Bruce puts the classic into classic rock with his instantly identifiable voice. The only DVD I own is the Cream reunion concert a the Royal Albert which I play only once every year on New Years eve.

bendejo
No one brought a Gibson EB-3 bass to life better than Jack Bruce. I fondly remember watching the band receive their platinum records on stage from Robert Stigwood at New York's Madison Square Garden back in Novemeber 1968. $6.50 for a great loge seat. RIP Mr. Bruce. I Feel Free. Hey, I was there! But the only tix left were up in the bleachers, probably $3 (hey, I was 16 and minimum wage was $1.35/hour back then). If I recall correctly it was soon after the new Garden opened. Did you happen to catch Hendrix at Singer Bowl? Probably my best concert experience ever (no pun intended). There is concert footage of Hendrix out there somewhere where he finishes one song then says "enough of this garbage!" and gives props to the Cream, naming each band member, then launches into "Sunshine of your Love." vox2
RIP. Sad to hear of his passing. I've always been a big fan of his Bass playing, songwriting and that fantastic blues voice of his.

Oziex1
Their music touched me deeply even though I was quite young at the time. RIP Jack
