Is anyone still using this tech to connect to CAT Telecom mobile internet services - Novatel Wireless Ovation™ U760- EVDO Rev A USB Modem

Or do you know if it possible?

Trying to get it sorted with CAT only to meet with resistance so far. Technically its possible I think. Anyone can tell me different?

I thought most of CAT Telecom's CDMA/EVDO network went dark as of April 2013.

CDMA switch-off delayed to April

CAT Telecom has delayed the shutdown of its CDMA network to 26 April [2013] from the previously announced deadline of end-March. The state-run firm cited the need to allow more time for its campaign to migrate the remaining CDMA users to W-CDMA/HSPA-based services on the network shared with private sector operator True Corp; it is expected that the latter’s legacy ‘Hutch’ CDMA network will cease operating on the same date as the ‘CAT CDMA’ service.
