Fraserman Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 What are the requirments for a foreigner (married, living in Thailand, holding a work permit 4 months) to be accpeted by a bank to pay for the loan/mortgage of a house, which will be registered under the name of the wife?
