Moving Android apps to new device

I gotta recommend something, for anyone who wants their apps like they used to be, without some automatic update ruining them (there are several I use that have been completely destroyed by updates) if using the 'official' google method of transfer.

I have no connection at all with these guys, but "MY BACKUP PRO" in the Play store is worth every penny of 100 baht as it does what it says on the packet. They even helped me with an installation problem. And my favourite OLD apps still work on the new jobbie.

I want to use it to transfer the BBC iplayer radio - you can't download it in Thailand but will the My Backup copy install it on a new machine?

It is only the fear of losing this app that stops me putting a new ROM on my tablet.

Yes you can. Just install Hola on your Android and set the Play store to being in the UK.

That's how I get geo-located apps.
