Bullie Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Jet audio or Jetvideo allow you to scroll through the video easily with the mouse
Langsuan Man Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 VLC for Android Beta has that ability. Just do a search at Google Play

KittenKong Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 I have used VLC on my Windows PC and Android tablet and did not find a way to run it faster or slower In the top Windows menu: Playback: Speed The various speeds can be configured in the advanced options also.
SpaceKadet Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 The VLC playback speed control is located on the Status Bar. To show the Status Bar, click on View and tick Status Bar. Status Bar will show at the bottom of the VLC interface. Click on (1.00x) and a slider will pop up, on which you cal control the playback speed. Frame by frame is part of the customized interface. Tools-Customize Interface... Alternately you can use Hotkeys, + to speed up, - to slow down, e to frame by frame. Using hotkeys is much quicker to search and skip through the video. For a list of hotkeys and to configure your own, click on Tools-Preferences-Hotkeys. This is for the PC of course. Don't know how to configure VLC on Android, using MX Player there. (OOPS!, trying to copy/pasta pictures but nothing showed up on the preview... What's wrong Admins?)
