I would like to rent a 3 bedroom apt (approx 200sq meters) near a park like Jatujak or other.

Would like clean air so Lumpini Park isn't ideal.

Want to be close to a large park so I can go running and also to bring kids.

Willing to pay 40 to 60,000 baht per month.

I have no idea if there are condo's for rent near Jatujak but that area would be ideal as it's close to the BTS and subway.

Are there other parks in BKK that would be relatively clean and have large condo's nearby?

Appreciate any help.
