Thai-Swiss driver survives three-car collision with small cut

Police said a Thai-Swiss man who hit two parked cars on Third Road likely was drowsy behind the wheel.

Thanat Thiramon, 72, sustained only a cut to the nose, despite pummeling two parked cars and flipping over his own Volvo Oct. 25.

Witnesses said the Swiss national swerved the car before hitting the two Honda compacts.

Ok ok, Volvo, you got me with your advertisement "accident" campaign.

Toyota and Honda could only come up with smashing their camries and accord at the dealership. Volvo, you came up saying Volvo can step over any Japanese cars. You got my attention.

My next car will be Volvo s60.
