carlyai
Neary time to start painting the new house and I would like advice on what paint to use. TOA WallTex would seem to be a choice as it goes on fairly thickly and would hide all the cement render imperfections. Trouble is you have to use a mortar spray gun, and none of the locals seem to have used one. The local DiHome recommends Pammastic DirtShield for outside and Pamastic Pammacrylic Shield, both are semi-gloss I think. Also, where to pick up a mortar spray gun, near Roiet, Kalasin, or Mukdahan? IMHO
Sorry no help on the mortar gun, just a suggestion... Have you considered cladding to hide the imperfections instead? That's something everyone can do, but may or may not suit your aesthetic goals.
AlexRRR
There are texture paint and rollers but hardly advisable, if the inperfections are so bad and i assume its internal i would look to see if i could find a good hard plaster to go over it, failing that flat or mat paints will hide a lot. wayned
Since it's a new house I would find the guy that a paid to rendered the walls and have him come back and do it right before I would look for ways to hide his mistakes.
