macknife
Is there such a thing? Basically, my full face helmet fell off my seat and a 5mm chip of paint came off at the lower front of the chin guard area. It's annoying me to say the least as it's a new helmet and quite noticeable. (Being on the bright red part of the helmet) Anyway, what to do? I'm thinking either some auto touch up stick or even some ladies nail varnish. Any ideas?
arthurwait
No. There has been a crackdown on helmet touch ups.
DILLIGAD
I'd take it to an auto spray shop (without wearing the nail varnish)
macknife
Where in Bangkok has a good selection of auto paint touch up pens/sticks?
Garry
Fortunately must of my scratches have been in dark areas, so I just use a black sharpie (ink) to touch up the scratches. Sent from my SM-T211 using Tapatalk
Overandout
Arai used to do touch up paint, not sure if they still do. Not heard anything about a "crack down".

Garry
nail paint and polish is the way:)I was going to mention that as well. Does fade after awhile from the elements, but hey, they have hundreds of color hues to pick from. macknife
There's a guy in MBK I believe that does paint jobs on helmets, though I forget which floor. I'll try him first, it's just a small touch up job, but I figure he'll do a better job than me. If not I'll head down the markets and try to find an auto paint or nail varnish that best matches the paint.
Gnasher328
Paint can seriously degrade polycarbonate helmets. Should be ok with a blob on the chinpiece though.
