jauntyjohn
Please no moral judgments, Ive had a lot of that recently. Going to apply for a fresh non imm o visa at a thai embassy soon, married 8 years to a thai woman, one child. Very recently my dear wife was nabbed by the local constabulary playing cards, taken to the station, small fine paid, released. Will this lead to a rejection of my visa at the embassy? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Maestro
The record of your wife will have no effect whatsoever on your visa application.
