when does my 90 day reporting actually start ?

Featured Replies

So I went to (Phuket) Immigration and got my stamp (extension of stay) in my Passport on 5th November

(Non-Immigrant B Dependant cos of my two kids)

(5th Nov is quite a while after the date I applied for the Extension cos it wasnt ready after 1 month then I wasn't in Phuket for a couple of weeks)

My extension of stay says permitted up to 11th September 2015

But then the place where the Thai Immigration officer signs states 10th October 2014

AND

I have a slip of paper stapled into the front of my passport from a while back (11th September) saying I have to report again on 9th December.

So is it 90 days from ...Mmmmm when ?

I guess I should know this ...but I DONT and I wanna be SURE !

Thanks

Cheers

SB....

I'm confused by some of the dates and information in your post and would have to see the stamps in your passport to understand what you mean, by I can answer your last question. 09 DEC is 90 days after 11 SEP.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

Your report is due on the 9th of December.

Thanks Gents I'll go 9th Dec ........or before then !

Could I have done it last week then when I was at Immigration...sort of 60 days reporting ?

You can only make your reports 15 days early or 7 days after the report date.

No 60 day report is possible unless immigration chooses to do them early. My last two reports were 45 day reports because they changed the report date on one and did my report for me early on the other.
