I think I saw something similar to that in Homepro or Homeworks but I was not avidly looking for the item so not 100% certain. I have seen similar in I believe Homemart in the construction type items. Now getting it a Rubbermaid will be a fat chance. The U.S. yes but here it will be made by a local factory.

Don't know about that particular item, but 'Rubbermaid' products are sold in True Value (opposite Tesco Lotus south) on Sukhumvit road.

Most DIY and hardware stores (even the small Thai ones) have similar things to this but they may not be brand-name and they may not have a built-in water outlet at the base.
