Can anyone recommend a good immigration specialist or lawyer in Pattaya? I am interested in converting my multiple-entry O-visa into a long-stay (12 months) so that I can avoid making visa runs every 3 months. I'm married to a Thai national (US marriage certificate though), I have no job in Thailand, and no work permit here. Although my situation is not unusual from reading these forums, it appears that there are enough variables in play that I would benefit from the guidance of a professional. I'm aware of Sunbelt Asia, but they don't seem to have an office in Pattaya (at least not that I can find on their website) and I'd prefer to deal with someone local if possible.

Thanks for looking for our Pattaya office on the website.

The good news is we have had an office in Pattaya with a legal division for over a year now. 038-412-827 The office is near the Dolphin Roundabout.

Our new website is being launched soon(hope this Sat)

You can do the whole thing yourself.

We can give you a list of the required documents,

or the Immigration office in Pattaya will tell you what they require.

As long as you are over 50 you will have no problem at all.

It is a marriage visa and Bill does not have a standard case.

Also even if its a retirement visa. This was pointed out to me by a client the other day. Sums up why a number of folks would like our help.
