So here's a brief antidote to all gloom and negativity................. I announce an event that would be an administrative miracle, in any country: The Veterinary Department at Suvarnabhumi Airport have issued the Import Permit for my two cats.......only 24 hours after I applied for it !!! No money changed hands and the fee for import to the Kingdom is only 100 THB per cat! Brilliant!
