Phil Conners
For some reason I can't go to download.com - I get a "cannot find server/The page cannot be displayed" error. I don't know of any other websites with this problem and if I use a proxy server there are no problems so it's certainly something to do with the connection from Thailand. I can tracert to the site so it's not a question of resolving the domain: C:\>tracert download.comTracing route to download.com [216.239.113.101] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.2.1 2 30 ms 31 ms 31 ms 58.147.0.20 3 31 ms 31 ms 31 ms 10.122.20.254 4 37 ms 37 ms 37 ms 192.168.10.9 5 35 ms 36 ms 36 ms 192.168.10.10 6 37 ms 36 ms 36 ms 58.147.0.50 7 37 ms 36 ms 39 ms 58.147.0.46 8 244 ms 242 ms 243 ms 202.47.254.161 9 242 ms 245 ms 246 ms 202.47.253.150 10 249 ms 240 ms 240 ms 202.47.253.213 11 247 ms 264 ms 250 ms 63.65.153.13 12 245 ms 244 ms 245 ms 0.so-7-0-0.XL1.LAX1.ALTER.NET [152.63.112.250] 13 249 ms 249 ms 256 ms 0.so-0-1-0.XL1.SFO4.ALTER.NET [152.63.50.34] 14 248 ms 254 ms 257 ms POS6-0.GW3.SFO4.ALTER.NET [152.63.51.133] 15 249 ms 250 ms 249 ms cnet-gw.customer.alter.net [157.130.196.186] 16 283 ms 286 ms 280 ms c17-sha-redirect-lb.cnet.com [216.239.113.101] Trace complete. Anyone else with this problem? Weird! Same here. Maybe they been blocked? Funny enough when you go to cnet.com (download.com is part of them) it opens all the fields to open (news, review...) ......except when you tick on the download field( which gets you to download.com) again same problem Hope we can get it back again.... rcm
