Have someone go to the land office and inquire about recent land sales similar to what you want to purchase. Read up on appraising local property. 350k seems high to me for farm land. Farangs are fair game in turkey season. Also you may want to look into a usufruct or long term lease on the land. I have a contract with my GF and bought family land at 10k per rai for one lot and 25k for another. It is mine until I die. After that it is hers. She acknowledges that all the money is mine in all business dealings. If I have to go to court the judge would take that into consideration.
