Hello,

last February we bought a house in Chiang Mai, moo baan Doikham Hillside 2. In January we will be back for 2 months and want to modificate some things. In January 2016 we will relocate to Chiang Mai. So we want to proof the electrics and bring it to a western standard (when necessary) make one bathroom completly new and take out 3 windows. Does everybody know some good craftsmen for this work?

Also we want to buy a fridge and a washing mashine. Are the prices similar at all the electronic shops, Big C and so on or are the some shops with extra good prices?
