Anyone have any news of the Pattaya City Resort condos? You know, the vacant lot on Soi Buakaow backing up to the "Made In Thailand" market (Google map here). There were some signs of life last year when the bars at "Happy Land II" (or whatever) got built, but then they never got occupied. The sales office seems to have closed up as well but there's still a sign posted about waiting for an environmental impact study to be finished. Anyone know when this project is going to finally get started? Thanks!
