Checked in a few shops in Pattaya and they only have the 16GB version.

Will be in Bangkok next week and wondering if the 64GB version is generally available. Any information welcome.

The prices in TukCom 2nd floor ranged from 31,990 to 35,000 for a 64 GB. Went to the iBeat store on the first floor last week, (Apple authorized and owned by iStudio), and walked out with a real iPhone 6, 64GB, with the paperwork to get 1,500 baht back from the VAT at the airport. Total cost, not including the 1,500 baht that I will get back next month, was 29,450 baht. Great service. With the VAT back, total cost will be 27,950 baht

Aobmobile.net seems to have both import (cheaper) and local.
