Russian Association.

Featured Replies

This refers to a "Pattaya Newsflash" Post. The RUSSIAN ASSOCIATION launches............

Unfortunately, the english speaking community (the majority of visitors and residents) has never managed to for an ENGLISH SPEAKING ASSOCIATION.

Not that it would change anything in Thailand for the average Farang-Resident here, except possibly just one little detail:

The "English speaking association" could (finally) demand and insist, that Visa Regulations must uniformly be administered from a centralized Immigration Authority, thus eliminating the playing-ground for local Immigration-Wizards, regarding visa regulations as pure "recommendations" from far away Bangkok.

Too much to ask? Why is it that the Russians can organize themselves and form an ASSOCIATION (only for translation purposes?cheesy.gif) and the "english speaking community" can not?

My assessment: The Russians have balls, whereas the "english speaking community" has left their "Balls" in their home country.

The Thais know how to differentiate between Farangs with "Balls", and Farangs that have for their defense only their wallet.

Cheers.

The "English speaking association" could (finally) demand.

You can demand what you want, the government won't be impressed. They would demand to see your work permit.

and this russian association does exactly what that is so ballsy?

Watch as their money becomes worthless? rolleyes.gif

so why dont you start a swiss association?

I've read their articles of association, but I couldn't understand them as they were in Russian.rolleyes.gif
