We are a group of friends who will have the use of a boat for several days off Kai Bae beach early next year and we are all avid fishermen. We would like to try both trolling and stationary fishing.

Where would be the best place to get information on the best dates/times/places/methods to be used? We're willing to pay for info and/or a guide if that's what it takes so if anyone knows of a local guy that can be compensated to go out for a spin then that's definitively an option for us.
