i am going down to Penang to get my first non-immigrant visa B in two weeks.

the HR person im my comapny who prepares the visa docs called me the other day to pick-up the "complete" docs....she said it's all done and I can plan my visa run anytime I want....

Well, there were several documents missing and most importantly, the WP3 letter wasn't there. She didn't even know what it was.

So, I made a list for her and gave her...she even asked for it..

I don't know if all these documents are really necessary, but I ve heard some people got rejected because they didn't have a map in thai. so.... anyway, the check-list is attached here and if anyone needs it for his/her HR person, please take it, and if anyone knows what documents are really necessary or not necessary, please let me know...

I "X" which ones are required in Penang. Please see attached.

The WP3 is nice to have but not required in most cases in Penang.
