Sot on with Buriram Expat. But last time when I booked car from them, at the time of picking it up I was advised that car did not come from Pattaya and they took me to another car rental in Buriram. So there are a few options. You can also pick up car from Korat as Budget and some other companies have their office in Korat.

The best place I found was in the soi next to the Mazda dealership in Buriram across the road from the Makro.
