Significant improvements within Lazada

Featured Replies

I recently discovered two major improvements at Lazada, two topics that I regularly criticised: the refund policy related to this rather suspicious wallet and poor logistics. Today, Lazada reimburses directly, there is no longer a problem calling them on the phone. On logistics, we welcome Kerry's arrival at LEX and the use of Flash Express services instead of LEX. In the past, until now, Flash Express was mainly used for returns.

It took them a while to figure out that their greedy wallet policy wasn't that popular. The same goes for logistics, customer satisfaction has always been the key to success in business.

Lazada has missed the boat, Shopee cheaper for majority of items

Yes, agreed. But not for everything, sometimes I find certain promotion items cheaper at Lazada and order there. Also, some items are sold only at one platform, not both.

That's right, but there are items that we only find on Lazada, and the price difference is still quite small. On top of that, it's easier for foreigners because Shopee is mostly in Thai. Personally, no problem, I can read Thai, but most expats don't.

Set the Shopee app to English

Shopee there's no minimum purchase delivery vouchers, today bought something for 10 baht total, can't do that on Lazada

Google Lens, no big deal

Yes, but annoying to always have to check everything. Certain items can be ordered in different variation and you don't know where to click. As Shoppe is Singaporean the app could be better.

That sounds like a user issue, I don't have a problem with it

My Shopee app has a translate tab at the bottom of the product page, and then everything, including the reviews, are in English

It is not a common issue and it has happened for me only for certain specific items. If you have not ordered the same items you cannot have seen it.
