Thailand welcomes renewed U.S.-Cuba friendship

BANGKOK, 23 December 2014 (NNT) - Thailand has welcomed the decision of both the United States and the Republic of Cuba to renew their friendly relationship, ending decades of antagonistic policies against each other.

Unveiling Thailand’s stance on the issue, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sek Wannamethee said the decision marks the beginning of the normalization of the U.S.-Cuba diplomatic relations which will benefit both countries and their peoples.

Sek said Thailand hoped the reengagement of relationship would bring the two countries to the next step in which both would join hands in the rehabilitation of full-scale diplomatic relations.

Grammar, please! Major flaw in your comment reveals that you could use BigBadGeordie's help if indeed he is a teacher.

So Thailand has signed off on this and given its approval, so what's next, world famine, peace? Keep up the good work Thailand the world needs you.

Cuba will be a great tourist destination for Americans and Canadians. They have great people and they are smart, music, art, they know how to have fun, casinos, beaches, they have great food. Cuba will replace Thailand as the preferred destination for tourist travel in the Americas.

Thailand welcomes renewed relationship between the US and Cuba.

In the meantime crawls in bed with the Ch7inese and jeopardizes US Thai relationship.

A rum hub perhaps the junta will count the Montechristo's or planning a joint venture to import Hibas from the Cohiba company
