Thaivisa Forum now supports Google login

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Sign-up to Thaivisa with Google Account

From today Thaivisa forum supports Google login. If you don't have a Thaivisa username yet, you can simply go here and create one, using your Google account:
http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=register

(this allow new users to sign into the forum through the Google OAuth authentication system).

Sign-in to Thaivisa with Google Account

This also allows existing users to associate their Google Account with their forum account, and (optionally) import your Google Profile Photo for use on the forum.

Thaivisa focus on great integration with the social networks people love, such as Twitter, Google+ and Facebook.

Nearly 25% of users choose to login through Twitter or Facebook when participating on Thaivisa Forum. Today, we’re happy to introduce another recognizable choice: Google accounts. Millions upon millions of people are already logged into their Google accounts, and now they can easily use those accounts to jump into discussions all over the web.

We use Google’s OpenID + OAuth support to securely authenticate users without sharing any passwords. If you already have a Thaivisa profile, you can also connect your Google account in order to link to your Google page and use your picture. Enjoy!

Happy New Year

This is great. I have always envied people who could sign in with Facebook and Twitter, which I do not use. Now I feel empowered.
