Anyone in the Pattaya area know if the Thai passport office in the Avenue mall is still there and open for business? Last I heard they continue handing out numbers to come back the next day. Have things improved and wait times reduced to less than a day?

Yes i got my tgf's passport there a couple of weeks ago. Service very good. We went in about 11 am got a number and an approximate time. Went back 2 hours later, waited 30 minutes, got the paperwork done quickly and the passport arrived in the post about 6 days later.
