There are two different versions of the TM.8 form on the net (Thai-Visa 2 pages with duty stamp required) TM.8 from ThaiVisa and the form (one page - no duty stamp) provided by the Immigration Department TM.8 from Immigration

Which is the one I should use now?

Believe the from on the Immigration site is the new format for email return system that they have just started (home page gives details) so that is what I would use. It is one page - the old form was a front and back print.
