shocky2004 Posted January 23, 2015 Share Posted January 23, 2015 I'm actually on an ED visa but got an offer to work in a school near and i'm really interested in taking it. But i was wondering if it's possible to have both an ED & work permit visa? My plan would be to go to my school as usual twice a week (2 hours per day) and work 5 days a week. ubonjoe Posted January 23, 2015 Share Posted January 23, 2015 You would not be able to get a work permit with a ED visa or extension of stay. You may not even be able to apply for one. You will have to go out for a non-b visa which does not require a work permit to get unless you a teaching at the university level. Then apply for the work permit.
