Closing Thai Company Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 We would like to close a 10 months old company for official distributor of imported pet products. Monthly report to Revenue Dept been done regularly by Accounting Firm. No employee except Thai principle. As we are leaving the country for long time, we decided to close it instead of keeping it inactive. The company is now preparing 2014 Annual Audit as our financial year ended Dec 2014. One company quoting us for closing is 40,000THB for legal service including 3 ads for public announcement and 25,000THB for preparing closing audit report...plus THB10,000/month to report Zero financial transaction/tax until Revenue Dept approves the closure..
