Hi,

I need to know what to do next:

My home address is in Europe - between my folks' place in the UK and my ex-wife's in Spain.

I came in on 8th August 2014, got a 30 day waiver and I left on the 1st of September 2014.

I came back on the 18th of September 2014, got a 30 day waiver and left on 7th October 2014.

I came back on the 16th of October 2014, got a 30 day waiver and left on 9th November 2014.

I got a proper tourist Visa, came on the 14th of November 2014, extended at Changwattana to the 11th of February 2015.

I can't fly back to Europe til around 18th February.

If I do a run out before 11th Feb is it likely I'll be able to get another 30 day waiver to tide me over til the 18th or is it likely there'll be a problem?

I will then want to come back in on a 30 day waiver about a week later, with my ex-wife and my 1-year-old son. Is this likely to be a problem (I'm asking from a purely visa perspective)?

I will then want to do a Visa run in March and get a tourist Visa in Europe and come back for a further 60 + 30. Is this likely to be a problem?

I will then probably want to convert over to a non-immi B and will possibly be looking to get a work permit as well. Is this likely to be a problem?

My understand WAS that these comings and goings are purely procedural but more and more I am hearing of people being refused entry or rules being changed / ignored capriciously.

Any pointers would be welcome.

Thanks

You can get a 7 days extension at any immigration office, that will bring your permitted stay to 18th feb. cost is Bt 1,900.

When you come back the best is that your obtain a tourist visa for as many entries as possible depending on place where you apply.
