Sorry butfor health reason I was not aible to post here.I'm surprised what goes on. Starbeam is back in Surin, Peppers ( Ubon ) got a new owner and Living in the Past is maybe closing soon ( No customers ) Is it all true ? Wish to be back in Thailand soon.

The other topics , what about Robinson is coming to Sisaket and Central Plazza to Ubon ?

No it's not all true. But go to any of those places between 2-5pm and they may be quiet thanks to the recent changes in law.

Central Plaza has been open over a year. Robinsons, SIsaket > maybe in a year or 2. Sisaket now has 2 new Farang/Thai restaurants too.

Starbeams is indeed open in a new location and Peppers is still good.

There are/have been many changes around, some good, some not so.
