Murder and Suicide at North Pattaya Apartment



PATTAYA: -- A man is thought to have shot his girlfriend and then turned the gun on himself inside a North Pattaya apartment in the early hours of Monday.

Police and medics rushed to the scene after gunshots were heard inside a second floor room at the Kanyapad Apartments in Soi Nong Yai. The door was locked from the inside so Police forced entry and found two dead people inside.

Khun Surachai aged 39, who worked at the Royal Cliff Hotel in South Pattaya sustained, what is believed to be, a self-inflicted head wound from his weapon. Nearby was the body of his girlfriend, Khun Warumporn aged 39, who was also shot in the head.
