karl2007
Hello, This might seem like a stupid question. But how do you pay for your renewal? The first time I renewed my passport was 9 years ago at the UK Embassy, it was quick and easy. However, things have changed and I have made an appointment at: VFS GLOBAL The Trendy Office Building, 28 Floor, 10/200 Sukhumvit soi 13, Klongtoey-Nua, Wattana I have got all the documents ready, but the only thing it said about payment in the email confirming my appointment was this: While applying for or renewing your passport, the payment details are required to be filled into the payment mandate form. I was thinking I could turn up with my documents and just pay cash. Is the mandate payment form something I just fill in when I arrive at their office? I could not find much about it on the gov.uk website. Many thanks for any suggestions, Link to comment

theoldgit
You cannot pay by cash, you need to complete the card mandate form that you have referred to and the previous poster has given a link to. Cards are processed in the UK. Link to comment
