1BADDAT Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Does anyone know what the additional heavy duty brace / stand on motorbikes in BKK is used for? I don't have a picture but they are attached on the swing arm near the back axle I believe. It looks like one leg of a tripod that can be extended down. dave_boo Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Upcountry they are used by the guys who deliver gas (cooking LPG) cylinders. The leg is put down to stabilise the bike as the rider only takes one cylinder in at a time and you don't really want those falling off now do you?
