georgegeorgia
I havent heard of it...mind you i dont frequent bars however i did usually go to The Rabbi's Bar when i was last doing my rounds. The Rabbi bar is up near Pooks and you could haggle with the Rabbi. But as i said never heard of this one.
KhunBENQ
EDIT! This one: https://goo.gl/maps/CYm0Q "At All Bar" on Soi Bua Khao. Walked there often, but never sat there. ------------------------------------ "All Bar One" ? In Soi Diana (close to Soi Bua Khao) Street view: https://goo.gl/maps/9Ya5h "One Bar", Soi Made in Thailand (not so close, closer to 2nd road) Must have passed both many times but never frequented. All Bar One: is this the one they often play music/karaoke? (not quite sure) Not always a pleasure to my ears. yogi100
It's a pleasant bar opposite the Pitini restaurant. Prices fo L/S beers start at 50/70 baht for Singha. On football nights most seats will be taken.

The last time I passed Rabbi's Elephant Bar just a few days ago it looked as if it was permanently closed down.
kdrayong
It is located close to the corner of Soi 21. From time to time I go there for having a cheap drink. The food comes mostly from the freezer - not good in my opinion. The service isn't really friendly, just the cashier (or the owner?) behind of the counter is. If I just want to have a drink with friends, watch sports on TV or watch the people in Soi Buakhao, this is my place to go. Why would you like to pay a higher price somewhere else? The soft drinks are just 20 baht and the big Leo 65 baht. In case you are heading for a snack or a small talk with the waitresses, I'd suggest other places. Kaoboi Bebobp
Only been 3-4 times to At All bar. Definitely a cheap place to drink but I didn't like the heavy chair and table layout. Very crowded layout too. They should have standup table along the edge and stools. Anyway, I won't eat at a bar in which the waitresses, running around with their hands in dirty glasses and whatnot, who handle the food cooking too. No thanks. johnnybgood
Great place for people watching, with big bottles of beer served in a glass with ice. You have to get the timing right tho' as it gets quite sun drenched at the front seats.
MrWorldwide
bukhao remains a little too hardcore for me - i tend to stick to bars that dont even open till 5pm even if i sometimes dont leave said bar until something much closer to 5am. might explain why i get queasy when i see blokes with a beer in hand at 9am.
