Yes, they do now. There was a front drum version, but it's not available. Even the Supercub now has a disc version, after being all drum for about a hundred years. I had a drum brake Supercub 110 for my daily commute bike. Used it every day in central Bangkok for several years. For city riding, an auto scooter would really have been a better choice, but I also have a big bike, and after riding motorcycles for 50 years I was worried about reprogramming my 'emergency stop' response for the scooter brake lever layout. But for out of city riding on a small bike, I think the Wave/Supercub is unbeatable.
